JPW was created to serve the public sector exclusively and enthusiastically. We believe good government communication can transform lives and communities, so we proudly bring 75+ years of collective in-house government experience to JPW to serve our clients.

Our Founder and CEO Jenny Windle created JPW in 2015 after working in the public sector for nearly 20 years to build the agency she always hoped to hire: one that is creative, strategic and understands the nuances of government. Starting in her spare bedroom with nothing more than "a hope and a prayer," JPW is now an award-winning communications agency that helps public agencies connect and engage with their communities in meaningful, memorable ways.
