We spend time in the office to harness the power of collaboration, and we also have the flexibility to work from home when needed. As a DDO, or deliberately developmental organization, we take real-time coaching to heart, so as a team, we are committed to continually improving.

It could go without saying, but career development is a priority for us. We host regular trainings (aptly named JPW University or JPWU) on topics like client services and communication trends. We also support every employee's professional development by investing in off-site trainings, conferences and events.

And because we value individuality, we learn about Myers-Briggs Type Indicators together, which encourage us to communicate effectively with one another and our clients. We do so to leverage our unique personalities, traits and preferences for our collective success.
