When one of the busiest thoroughfares in Riverside, California was going to be under construction for nearly two years due to a major construction project, Western Municipal Water District (WMWD) turned to JPW Communications to develop and deploy a comprehensive community outreach plan.
The goal of the plan was to inform and ultimately affect behavior change (i.e. use of an alternative route) during the duration of the $36 million La Sierra Pipeline.
Work included plan development, public workshops, one-on-one stakeholder meetings, collateral development, media outreach, video production, social media management, advertising campaigns and more.
