Western Municipal Water District

When a large-scale construction project was planned near a business park and residential area, WMWD tapped JPW to smooth the waters.

No one likes to be inconvenienced by construction, especially when you're hustling to get to work on time. That was one of the biggest concerns when Western Municipal Water District needed to build a critical pump station in one of the area's largest business parks.

To mitigate the situation, the District hired JPW Communications to plan and deploy a comprehensive community outreach plan.

The goal of the plan was to inform nearly business owners, employees and others who use the business park, as well as develop advocates for the work Western was doing.

JPW developed an integrated plan then deployed it using public workshops, one-on-one stakeholder meetings, collateral development, media outreach, video production, social media management, advertising campaigns and more.
